How Can severe Lower Back Pain Be Treated?

I have lower back pain, near kidney extending around to spine. It effects the nerve in my right leg. Have had irregular stool consistency, never feeling like I ve completed a bowl movement; stool is soft but not diarrhea like. Have mile abdominal swelling and gas after every meal and when I awaken. Got some ideas on where I should begin investigating?

Hi. I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Likely you are having disc prolapse that is compressing adjacent nerves and you are having these complains. I suggest you should visit a neurosurgeon and have x-rays and MRI of spine along with physical examination (active and passive straight leg raise testing). Any other possibility will also be ruled out by having xray and MRI.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have any other query feel free to ask.
Wish you good health.
